BROOKS, Timothy James Sr.
With broken hearts the family announce the peaceful passing of Timothy on Sunday, June 1, 2014, at the Hamilton General Hospital, in his 59th year. He will be deeply missed by his life-partner Jo Anne Murphy (Kayla and Ariel), his children Leigh-Ann (Bart) and Tim Jr. (Jeannie). Loved and admired by his grandchildren Bailey, Kyleigh, Seth, Jayden, Annalyse and Melody. Survived by brothers Daniel (Darlene) and Jamie(Gail) and two sisters Cathy and Lisa. Predeceased by his parents Violet (Dave) and Jim. He will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews, extended family and many friends. Tim was well known as a legendary outdoorsman, a funny, loving and proud family man. A true EASTENDER. The family wish to thank Dr. Mayers and the nursing staff at the General Hospital. Memorial visitation will be held at L.G. Wallace Funeral Home, 151 Ottawa Street North (905-544-1147) on Thursday from 2 - 9 p.m. Memorial service will be held in the chapel on Friday, June 6th at 11 a.m. If so desired, a donation to the War Amps would be kindly appreciated.
