<div itemprop="description">On Jan. 16, 2016, Nada peacefully fell asleep in the Lord surrounded by her family at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice, in her 81st year. She was born in Gornje Crniljevo, Serbia on Aug. 28, 1935 and was a devoted wife of the late Vukasin. Beloved mother of Rajko (Angie), Rada and Zorka Djurdjevic. Cherished grandmother of four grandchildren: Jelena (Mike) Bjelic, Kristina (Damjan) Radojicic, Jovan (Tijana) Djurdjevic and Natalie Djurdjevic. Adored great-grandmother of five great-grandchildren: Maksim Bjelic, Luka Djurdjevic, Sofia Bjelic, Xenia Djurdjevic and Andrej Bjelic. Loving sister of Velimir Pavlovic, Protonica Savka Jovic and Stana Kostadinovic of Serbia. Pre-deceased by parents Dragoslav and Krstina Pavlovic, siblings Aleksandar Pavlovic and Stevan Pavlovic of Serbia and Ivan Pavlovic of Sweden. She will be missed by many extended family, kumovi and friends. Since moving to Hamilton in 1961, Nada was an active member of her beloved parish, St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church on Barton Street. She was a long-time member of the church sisters &lsquo;Mala Gospojina&rsquo; and the Serbian Brothers Help &lsquo;Bratska Pomoc.&rsquo; Many thanks to Dr. Ratka Timarac and the staff at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice for their compassionate care. Nada had a generous heart and spirit and was a woman of deep and abiding faith. We were blessed by her presence and inspired by her example. Visitation will be held at L.G. Wallace Funeral Home, 151 Ottawa St N, Hamilton on Fri. Jan. 22nd from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm with Pomen at 8 pm. Funeral Service will be held at St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church, 1415 Barton St E, Hamilton on Sat. Jan. 23rd at 8:30 am with Very Reverend Father Vojislav Pavlovic officiating along with other Orthodox Clergy. Interment at Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made to St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church, 1415 Barton St E, Hamilton, L8H 2W6.
