<div itemprop="description"><br>It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nikola Manojlovic, while surrounded by immediate family, at the Hamilton General Hospital on Wednesday, March 1, 2017, at the age of 76. Nikola is survived by his sister and husband Joka 'Seja' and Danilo Šuka, niece Stana and granddaughter, Ilijana. Nikola is predeceased by his parents Ilinka and Spiro Manojlovic and his brother Tode Trifunovic. He is sadly missed by his dear Kumovi, large family and friends from across North America, Europe and Australia. Nikola was born November 16, 1940 in Selo Markovac, Dalmancija, Kosovo, Srpska Krajina. He immigrated to Canada on April 14, 1971, where he worked 25 years for the Ford Motor Company before retiring. Nikola was a longtime devoted member of the St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Cathedral in Hamilton, the Serbian League of Canada and The Movement of Serbian Chetniks Ravne in Winona. Visitation will be held at the L.G. WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 151 Ottawa Street North, Hamilton, (905-544-1147), on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Pomen will be Sunday at 8 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Cathedral, 149 Nash Rd. S., Hamilton, on Monday, March 6 at 11 a.m. with The Very Reverend Father Djuro Samac officiating. Interment to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, 700 Chapel Hill Road, Stoney Creek.
