<div itemprop="description">Kozack, John - peacefully on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at West Haldimand General Hospital at the age of 90. John is now reunited with his beloved Bernice (2008). Dear father of John Kozack of Hamilton, Sue (Michael) Grant of London, Brian (Lisa) Kozack of Caledonia, Jackie (Robert) Anderson of Mission, BC, and Teresa Smith of Simcoe. Cherished grandfather of Michelle, Tony, Sherrie, John, Chris, Alicia, Dyllan, Tyler, Melissa, Colin, Mitchell, and Crystal, and great grandfather to Riley, Madison, Brooke, Taylor, Mackenzie, Lucas, Kylie, Max, and Finn. John's laughter and willingness to help will be missed by his sister-in-law Molly and by many other family and friends in the Hamilton area and Amberley, ON. John is predeceased by his parents John and Mary, his grandson Terry, his sisters Annie (Walter), Katie (Tom), Mary (Frank) and his brothers Mike (Sadie), and Steve. John's family extends a warm thank you to the staff of Anson Place Care Centre and Dr. Dryber for their care and compassion. John spent 40 years in Amberley, ON running "John's Scale Service". Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at the LG WALLACE Funeral Home 151 Ottawa St. N. (905-544-1147) on Saturday, January 21 at 11:00 am. Interment will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. A Memorial Reception will follow. Donations in John's memory can be made to the Heart & Stoke Foundation or Anson Place Care Centre.
