SCOTT, Calvin (Scotty)
Peacefully passed away on February 8, 2017 in his 90th year at Clarion Nursing Home. Predeceased by his beloved wife Elsie (Betty) Scott. Cherished father of Brian (Elaine), Pat (Brad) Johnston, and Cathy (Dave). Proud grandfather of Jeff, Steven, Matthew, and Danny and great-grandfather of Keiana and Kendra. Loving brother of Marjorie. Predeceased by brothers George, Ralph, and Cecil. Calvin was a long-time employee of Firestone Canada but his passion was fishing at his cottage on Lake Eugenia. A special thank you to the staff at the Clarion Nursing Home for their compassion and care. Visitation will be held at the L. G. Wallace Funeral Home, 151 Ottawa Street North (905-544-1147) on Sunday, February 12th from 2:00 - 5:00 pm. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday, February 13th, 2017 at 1:00 pm. A private burial at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
